Worst letting agent I've ever come across. Lied about returning my deposit. Was fobbed off with different information. Different people and departments. Wasn't given any information about where my deposit was held and kept being lied to about time frames. Called essex police in the end... Read Full Review

If you need rent don't go to Bairstow Eves Brentwood ,Marina is to busy to call you back ,you have to chase her, to busy herself to show a property complains she is always on her own ,not enough staff you listen to her problems when you are the customer the one looking for a home .Bairstow...
