I rushed back from work to view a property i saw & liked,met the agent there viewed it & said i would take it there & then,the agent called the office to tell them i wanted it & they said they would call me straight back for the deposit,they never called me & let the house out from under me,I'd been searching for a while & found the house i finally like,this is very unprofessional & i wouldn't recommend these agents to anyone....

I rent a property through this estate agent. Very unorganised. My contract ended the 18th of August so I gave my notice ending of june. The minute they knew about the notice they were calling me non stop about viewing or when will I be leaving the property. While I was at the property I was having problems with a few things, which I notify the maintenance team about nothing got done. I gave the keys back on the 5th of July more than a month early than I should and obviously still paid my last ...

I made my enquiry following acard being put through my door saying that there were people interested in buying properties in my area ( they soon disappeared.or didnt existg). They originally put a sign up before we were in contract as I had a previous agent. When My contract expired with the previous agent their sign was left on the floor i told them 3 times there was no board up and made a visit to the office. This took them 2 weeks to put the board up.
