Agents fees were extortionate, forcing us into a membership fee we didn't even want.

Absolutely DiSGUSTED with Bagshaws. After wasting time travelling three hours north to view a property we had put an offer in on, we were not told if our offer had been accepted for over 4 days (despite putting a formal offer in, in writing and over the phone) and were called at 5pm the day before our final viewing, when my husband had already made the three hour drive north and booked a hotel, that the house had exchanged with someone else.
