after making an appointment for a valuation, i received a confirmation email from Charlotte King confirming my appointment with Kate Hill from ashbourne office on 21st may at 12.30. i arranged a couple of hours off work to keep the appointment when it finally got to 1...

Dear Jou, I can only apologise for the inconvenience you have been caused whilst waiting for a market appraisal appointment. I have investigated this matter and it would appear that your location is covered by our Derby office and not myself and Ashbourne. I am sincerely sorry for the miscommunication.
