Dear client, Your claim isn't authentic and the later update was not posted. Yes we took time to respond to your concerns, but we did and the holding deposit was also returned back once we felt you had other intentions. It took a while to respond to your concerns because there was a whole list we had to respond, I called multiple times to which you said you only wanted answers through emails. I am sure you do understand we have loads of other tasks, paperwork and viewings lined up. We did m ...
