We used Austin Wyatt when we let our house whilst overseas. The only thing they did consistently well was take money from us! They were quick enough to take money for 'visits' and minor repairs; but every time we emailed with a concern they NEVER ...

The general contents of the contract, knowledge and attitude of the staff is appalling. Not only did they charge me £80 and not carry out for an inventory check for it, but they also argued that I was supposed to effectively to conduct a self inventory ...

I don't think anything could change my mind with the current staff. I had dealt with this office previously when James worked there and had no problems.

I always was dealing with a different person and never knew who to contact for my issue. Constantly being transferred from person to person just to figure out a simple problem.
