Duly noting that payment was required a couple of days before move in for clearance purposes for the landlord which is standard procedures for alot of Agencies and you were aware of this when taking the property on as per our Good Faith Letter that you signed. Regarding the crack to the bath, you did not report this to us until 2 months after the alleged event and was only pulled up during an inspection.
