Unfortunately, I'm a tenant with this agent. IF you are a tenant then you are the lowest of the low apparently. These people are out to rip you off and make you feel like you should be grateful to be one of their tenants. I am moving out because I do not like these agents. The general contents of the contract, knowledge and attitude of the staff is appalling. Not only did they charge me £80 and not carry out for an inventory check for it, but they also argued that I was supposed to effectively to conduct a self inventory and complete the form for them. The document I received was the previous tenants inventory document with the dates tipexed out. I have terminated our contract with this agent after an appalling 2 months. At the first point of contact, I was told "we have sold one in this block, and have plenty of people interested. It will sell within a fortnight." It took nearly 2 weeks to get the property on the market, and this was chased repeatedly. I wish I could say one positive thing about this agency, but I truly can not. They have outrageous fees and when you pay these type of fees you expect problems to be dealt with in a timely manner. They are not. They, to me are very corrupt, rude and treat you like a second class citizen. They with hold information and when attempting to confront them about this I was actually yelled at. I always was dealing with a different person and never knew who to contact for my issue. Constantly being transferred from person to person just to figure out a simple problem.

This has to be the worse estate agent I have ever experienced in renting over the years. Not only did they put an contract up she i had to pay for the property for a week before I could get the keys. Duly noting that payment was required a couple of days before move in for clearance purposes for the landlord which is standard procedures for alot of Agencies and you were aware of this when taking the property on as per our Good Faith Letter that you signed. Regarding the crack to the bath, you did not report this to us until 2 months after the alleged event and was only pulled up during an inspection.
