Wow I was thinking I was the only one. This is the worse company to work with. They don't listen they lies, never get anything fixed I've been after them to fix damp in my room
Since I was pregnant and now my baby is 8 months, and there's more problems at the property need fixing. I've been left with out hot water for 5 weeks with 2 kids. They are joke they don't really care about there customers. I will soon get legal advice on this situation and I would like to sue them they put me throug ...

fees are bad - they take deposit off you then dont tell you about hidden fees - for example after being here for two years they decided to charge me an extra 100 a year for renewing my contract
