I can only agree, DO NOT use the Balham office unless you aim for an unpleasant experience all way around.
It seems like the poor performing staff from all their London offices is sent of to this zone 3 'Alcatraz' where nothing normal rules, curtesy and promptness are clearly not amongst the values they share.
