What agent could do to change your mind?
Josh was rude, aggressive, pushy and clueless as to the legalities of our tenancy. Either he, or one of his team, gave a housemate's number to a prospective tenant who then badgered us with texts and calls. Highly unprofessional and used fear-based sales tactics to get people into and out of the house.

Considering the fact they failed to actually do the paperwork and necessary bureaucracy that the fees were meant for, i'd say they were fairly extortionate. A hassle from beginning to end.

Been honest, stuck to their word and written agreements, not play tenants off behind each others back for a chance at a slightly more commission gain. Actually care about your clients (landlord and tenant)

Best agent I've used in London with fees at the lower end of the local scale, although would be considered high in other areas outside London. Annual fees tend to be somewhat front-end loaded (again typical for comparable service providers) but there is normally a degree of flexibility. I have been using AM for around 5 years now.
