Very bad, they took 100 pounds agency fee, we waited 2 weeks to finally have a negative return of our application 3 days before the move in date,

Atkins residential provided a tenant find service where i do the viewings.
They wrote a very good ad with some great descriptions
They filtered the tenants to save my time being wasted.
I'm very satisfied and I'm now using them for other properties....

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
