Comment on agent fees
Charged over £300 for referencing and then refused application regardless of passing the relevant reference check, told that it is ultimately landlord decision even after payment and passing checks

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have shown more interest by being more flexible about arranging the viewing, should have told the truth from the beginning that he wants to obtain more than 1 reference fee and the landlord will decide who he wants as a tenant after Ashtons cash in at least 2-3-4 reference fees and we would have looked for other properties where we know that the agents are serious.Attached Filesnbsp;
