The Estate Agent has not passed the name of the tenant to the Council for Council Tax. They pay the rent which the tenant paid them irrationally. Always saying there are repairs to be done. In one instance we were told there was problem with ...

Hi Rachel, I am shocked to read this review, Ashton & Grosvenor is a small independent company therefore we would know about any complaints, we have never ever received any complaints like this, can you please confirm with us that you have reviewed the correct company and not the other one with a similar name and slightly larger than us?
