What agent could do to change your mind?
The first time we used this agent, we did not have a problem, at all. We did however receive very bad feedback from the landlords themselves about this agent. We have moved into the second property with this agent and have had nothing but problems with the house, it is obviously not the agents fault that we have had many issues with house, but it is the way they were dealt with, which we have had issues with. We have received a very poor level of professionalism. In terms of the manor emails have been written to us and the way the issues have or haven't been dealt with. We have been extremely disappointed, so much so, legal advice has had to be obtained. I would not recommend this agent at all, as I have found them to be disorganised, unprofessional, with a poor lack of communication. All of which our old landlords warned us of.
