Worst agency in the world.
As a student they put me on charge for all council tax in HMO property without sertificate for it. They did not ask for my permission using my name for it.Separately they collect money from one of my flatmates.

Mouldy flat, nothing done in the 1 year we were at the property. I imagine all of the properties they let have similar problems as they send out a mould advice document to everybody.. very strange.
