Charley.. I'm deeply sorry you had a bad experience. For the avoidance of doubt, the income you could demonstrate was considerably less than you originally declared. In the interests of everyone we do have to check that you can afford the rental each month. In such circumstances it is not reasonable to expect the landlord incur abortive charges and loss of rental. This was highlighted in our terms and conditions which you signed before outset.
