Last summer, on Saturday 8th July 2017, while we were away on holidays, a Chancellors contractor entered our property without our knowledge ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Being proactive 2) Understanding 3) Change useless process (i dont understand why would u need proof of standing order top hand over keys), if I am not willing to pay rent I can tell my bank to remove standing order anyways, i dont understand rationale behind it. 4) Take money in different mode, like i can jump into there office and possibly pay by card or give them cash etc
