Always Greeted with a friendly welcome when ever I go into the Branch. The Lettings team also listen to my needs and have always managed to get me very good Tenants. I have been using them for over 9 years and they seem to improve their service each year. Well done everyone in the Lettings team....

The dealings with Andrews letting agents that myself and my partner receive was very good. They kept us informed all the way through the whole process. Whilst searching for a property the would keep in contact often to tell us about properties that had come up and the willingness to fit there times around our lives for viewings. Disenchantment with another Tunbridge Wells letting agent led me to Andrews who have been letting all our properties for about 10 years. There have been very few void periods and only a couple of tenants who, with hindsight, we regretted letting to. Andrews have invariably been courteous and helpful beyond what one might reasonably expect. Have now dealt with the agents on two property's. Had a very good experience right from the word go with excellent communication with Anthony. Special arrangements were made due to me working nights with viewings and phone calls. Admin fees one of the best in town. No negative experience since I have been with them....

I have been looking for a flat to rent for the last couple of months in Tunbridge Wells and found that the properties were either being snapped out quicker than you could arrange a viewing or involved ridiculous agent fees. Rented with Andrews for six and a half years.all was OK until we ended the tenancy due to needing a bigger place we were not listened to at all regarding negotiations for our deposit.we feel we had to settle for the full amount being paid to the landlord as we couldn't afford what they original wanted(it was more than our deposit)when I did speak to a guy he was very rude.think it was Chris someone.we felt the items that were proposed were general wear and tear,e.g. carpets which were not new wh...

I started my tenancy with Andrews 8 years ago and for the first few years the experience was very pleasant. If I had a problem I could ring the local branch and the issue was dealt with promptly and good contractors employed. However in 2007 this changed. My boiler (which had been in place since construction in 1995) broke down. It took three months to get a replacement! We put our property in the hands of Andrews Letting and Management Tunbridge Wells 6 months ago. Unfortunately no tenant was found before we left the Country for a new life down-under. Two months and still no tenants. I then got an email from our next door neighbour saying they could not understand why the property was still not let as the agent was there 2 or 3 times a week. We hired Andrews Letting & Management Tunbridge Wells and it has to be the worse thing we\'ve ever done. Katherine Morrison is never in the office and when she is we don\'t get any meaningful reply. In fact on occasion she has sent us confidential information that had nothing to do with us or our property. Andrews letting have been managing our uk property since we moved to Australia 4 years ago, the first 3 years were fine. Since Chris Archer was appointed manager things have gone from bad to worse, he has ignored all emails for the last 4 months and promises to phone never happen. Andrews letting agent had no interest in anything I had to say. I had to constantly chase them for information, which I never got most the time. When I had a dispute about my deposit they sided with the landlord without question and gave me no option but to settle for less than I was entitled to. Extremely bad customer service and couldn't care less attitude. I would never use them again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs...
