All the staff have been very helpful and efficient. The process of getting a new tenant went very well and all the admin work was carried out without any problems. They also make a very nice cup of tea, and always have biscuits in the office when I call in....

The fees could always be lower and I think I could have done a lot of the work myself. The only thing I would need would be the inventory. So I think you may need to be more flexible with the contracts that you offer.

I have been a tenant for a number of years. Andrews have always dealt with things in a professional manner and quickly. Maggie has been the property manager for a number of years and is a pleasure to deal with. I'm very happy with their service....

I have been renting my house out with Andrews for just over two years from living in it ,and Maggie and Jodi have made the process so easy, they are always there if you have a problem and always willing to sort my problems out for me. I am glad I have them to talk to as my house means so much to me and renting it out was not an easy choice, but with Andrews I know I am in safe hands...

In the number of years we have had our house rented out, Andrews have been our choice of agent. We have had very few vacant weeks in that time which is clearly a bonus for any landlords. There have been the odd problems with changing staff and loss of emails but Maggie O'Connell has been the main stay and keeps you informed. Our main grumble would be the lack of ensuring that all works were done to a satisfactory standard and for an absentee landlord this can be a problem. They need to tighten u...

I was starting to believe I had found a trustworthy estate agent. But yet again I was proven wrong on the letting side anyway. Everything was an effort for them if I had a problem or my fault and I can only describe two of their staff as very rude. I have since realised you don\'t need any special training to be an estate agent and it shows and from my experiences with Andrews, sadly I must say that they are like others, lacking in the ethics and morality department but also it seems intelligen...

Tenants, please avoid Andrews at all costs. We are currently taking our complaint to the ombudsman. They failed to notify us that they'd changed their tenancy deposit scheme 6 months ago, despite being required to do so in 14 days. They allowed the landlord to evict us from the property by misusing a break clause, and we are now in a deposit dispute caused by the fact that they failed to properly complete the check out report.
