What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Returning calls. We all get busy, but failing to return calls one many occasions isn\'t acceptable. 2. there were several times when a course of action was agreed with an agent, only to find it hadn\'t been carried out or information wasn\'t communicated to the team. I would recommend when something is agreed it be carried out and the team updated. 3. You have at least two staff members who need customer service training, being argumentative with a client is unprofessional.
