Instructed Andrews to let our flat. Firstly the fees were one of the more expensive on the market, however you get what you pay for, or so I thought. There were very few viewings - although the young lady assured us that they had a long list of suitable tenants looking. Very very poor. Me and my boyfriend had several appointments with Elliot to view properties and he constantly let us down and didn't show up. He would simply state that he 'left a voicemail' when he clearly hadn't. We travelled 30 miles each time just for a no show. I would not recommend this estate agent and we are bet upset and disappointed with the service....

Rebecca was very helpful in my letting my property, answering all queries effectively and clearly. I had a few questions on the new Andrews tenancy agreement, which is much shorter than the ones I had used previously. Rebecca was able to answer all these queries clearly. I am now on a different fee rating than previously, which is much more competitive than beforehand. However, as mentioned above, I disagree with having to pay cā€š£100 a year for a piece of paper listing how much rent etc I have been paid over the course of the year. I do not want or need this but it is apparently a set cost that cannot be waived.

As Landlords, my husband and I chose for a change to use a letting agency for our flat. We chose Andrews, and the team brought us up to date with what is expected of us and the going rental rates. We are pleased to recommend Andrews letting Agency staff and in particular Claire Wright Assistant Manager of the Clifton branch who came to visit us at our property to advice us on how to proceed with letting the flat. Everything went very smoothly and all the staff were very helpful, polite and they answered our questions clearly. After signing the contract and picking up the keys from the office and paying all fees requested I drove to the new flat. I viewed the property with Natali, she was punctual and polite. She bought with her the key information I required for a first viewing (e.g. ground rent and management fees, information about parking etc.). Excellent service from start to finish. We put our property on the market on a Saturday and within about 3days we had an offer we accepted. Unfortunately the sale fell through but less than a week after we put the flat back on the market we had another offer. The whole thing was complete within2 weeks.
