The most frustrating people to have to deal with. They take zero responsibility for any request you have of them. I.e. Sending a contract over but they are very happy to fleece you. They are awful at contact and the smallest and easiest job is never done in an timely manner. Bring on the extinction of estate agents and let Andrews be the first! ...

Agency fees are slightly cheaper than other estate agents and works out as a very small percentage of your overall payments to move into a new property.
