Agency fees are slightly cheaper than other estate agents and works out as a very small percentage of your overall payments to move into a new property.

I am a landlady with seven flats which I let them out during last 4 years. We have used Andrews for over 10 years and in the main have been very satisfied. There were occasions when they didn't seem to know that there were issues with rent payment but these were few and far between. Our main complaint were the fees - overall they seem a bit high. Andrews answer the phone immediately with a real person almost every time - Excellent. They dealt with my re-let very efficiently at a reasonable price and kept me informed and re-negotiated the rent pretty successfully. We have had a house let by Andrews since this summer. The staff have, on the whole, been very professional and have been very clear with what we need to do. Since the tenants have moved in we have had no issues and seem as though they have settled in well. Utterly and absolutely appalling. I will not go into every detail but they WILL try anything they can once you are in a property of theirs. They WILL justify anything they do but working around your circumstances and when they can't do that they will simply claim 'Dispute it with the landlord' (e.g., forget to hand your keys in for any number of reasons (could have been run over or family member in hospital etc) and they are aware you do not live local enough to just drop them in... Terrible service. Moved in to find it was in a disgusting state. Renovation work had been carried out and not cleaned up after, so there was the previous tenants dirt and fluff everywhere as well as plaster in the sink, a disgusting toilet and filthy kitchen. Everybody I dealt with, mainly on the phone, was very courteous, professional and efficient. Matthew was an excellent negotiator, and in a tricky negotiation very supportive of me. Generally, Andrews took the stress away from me and changed in my mind the image of estate agents. I dealt with quite a number of estate agents in my search for a new house and most of them did not come up to the standards of Andrews. I am recommending them to all my friends....

We found Andrews very professional and enthusiastic. We had about 12 viewings and took the first offer after about 5 weeks. Andrews were very good about ringing with feedback after viewings. Absolutely terrible, threatening to take away our deposit for marking to the walls which are general wear and tear after living there for 2 years. Andrews got a lot of people through the door in a difficult market. Although I did drop the price, rather that than not sell at all. Plenty of communication and I really liked being able to see all comments/progress etc online. They also arranged mtg for me with my new buyers. Would recommend definitely....

My parents used Andrews to sell their property, although I dealt with them. The sale was a rather drawn out process (no fault of Andrews), we hit a few problems along the way. We dealt with Steve Bales who helped us through every problem with regular updates and chasers along the whole chain ! Thanks for getting mum and dad in for Christmas Steve, it means a lot....
