Avoid these people at all costs. They never return your calls. They never fix what's broken. They are extremely rude in person. How dan Gilon is employed by anyone is quite bewildering. He really just doesn't care. And if you want your deposit back. Expect to wait at least a month and you will have to call every couple of days. Absolute joke of a company. As always, letting agents bend over backwards for you before your standing order is in place. After that it went downhill with Andrew Louis, and fast. Our property manager was at first responsive to our concerns regarding fixtures and fittings that needed repairing, 'forwarding them to the landlord'. Terrible, just terrible. Andrew Louis gets the tenants in and let them get into arrears without chasing the arrears or doing ANYTHING about it. Second time they got tenants in Andrew Louis said the tenant was a friend of the company owners - so they have let him get into arrears as well without chasing the arrears. I moved into one of their properties in January, when viewing the apartment there was numerous damages to door frames, kitchen sink and general appearances issues which we were told would be sorted before we moved in. I have had a very similar experience with this company. Repairs were reported over three months ago now, and despite weekly phone calls - no progress has been made. A similar situation happened at the start of our tenancy, this was only resolved when we threatened to withhold our rent payments.....

I think you will find I accepted none of the 'inaccuracies' in my complaint. You used estate agent speak to avoid acknowledging abhorrent business practice, and I have no money or indeed energy to pursue the matter with you further. There is no point in having a complaints procedure if you refuse to see consider the deceitful actions of your staff appropriate providing it results in a sale for you. I consider the matter closed as there is precious little I can now do about it. Terrible, ....

This agency is a joke! I live on Cheapside and own a carpark space managed by AL. The carpark gate has been \'condemned\' after only being replaced not even two years ago, which was an attempt at replacing their first pathetic excuse of a gate which was broken more times than it was working. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have reported this to Regenda Housing (the management company for Cableyard) to inform them of the lack of security to the building so at least other security measures could\'ve been put in place. Not just A4 notices in the carpark saying \'the gate will be fixed.... at some point... whenever\' or words to that effect.

This company are a shocking reflection on the industry and our experience matches the majority of others on this review site. Staff were discourteous, flippant and ignorant of the basics of customer / client relationships. I fully understand that andrew louis is a buisness and their aim is to get as much money as possible, however manners go along way. their staff need to stop being rude, snotty and damn right arrogant. They need to know the basics when working with the general public... smiling, politeness, helping, basically doing their job that they are being paid to do. Maybe even give each member of staff a notebook to make a to do list of tasks when they are given them so they dont forget to reply to emails, calls etc!!

I contacted your branch 1000s of times when I rented of you, and it was an inconvenience for you to get back to me and help with our needs. Also when you finally did get back to myself, the complaint/needs favoured with yourselves, so I will not be doing that again, for you to just dismiss my complaint. Dear Tenant Section 1 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 states that we have a period of 21 days to provide the name and address of the landlord. As a result we are still acting within the boundaries of legislation. As stated previously, I believe it to be courteous to the landlord to ask, before passing contact details across. Absolute joke of a letting agency. Staff make you feel like your burdening them with your problems, and constantly go on about how busy they are, yet if you turn up at there offices they are all laughing and joking and don\'t seem that busy. I moved out of an apartment I loved due to the poor service they provided me. Andrew Louis currently let my apartment, I feel I must warn people for such a well established company with a large number of staff they make so many errors and are so difficult to contact. I have found the quality of tenants from this agent has been overall extremely poor and I never had a tenancy run smoothly or end without damages or loss of rent.
