I sent an email asking a question regarding a property and got no reply what so ever.

An absolute disgrace as a managing agent for letting properties avoid at all costs. Their failure to adequately carry out proper inspections and ensure that the property is returned in the condition it was let is shameful. They should be embarrassed...
