The propertie(s) are checked periodically and a full report is provided, any issues are addressed at forefront, ensuring Tenent is clear on position.
AK respond very quickly to any comms and issues of concern and pay all rents on date due.
I am very pleased with the customer experience, and would fully endorse them as the best letting and sales agents to date. They continue to fully manage my portfolio of properties seamlessly, allowing me to get on with the other things that need attention.

As a student working for a year, this estate agent was excellent at all stages of renting. While me and my partner were both students they were very understanding and helpful when it came to starting the tenancy and inventory. As landlords, when issues were raised they were dealt with quickly and communication was never an issue. During the tenancy a burn on the carpet was sustained however they helped deal with the issue at the end of the tenancy. Check out was efficient and the carpet was not only dealt with but Ali also worked to find a better deal on a new carpet than initially quoted, as well as helping with organising professional cleaning as the carpet presented an abnormal situation when it came to check out. Compared to previous estate agents I have dealt with, I felt he went the extra mile and was overall a great agent to be in communication with. High recommend.

Two years ago they gave us a big, nice and clean house. To the office are very nice staff with a lot of nice and clean properties. As a first time landlord I was very anxious that my property will stay empty for a long period of time. The property was already advertised with another agent for a week and they've not had a single viewing. When Akeel came from Anderson Knight he was very positive that they can find me tenants in no time. Within a week or two they've found me tenants. They took very good pictures, and advertising was very fast. They've arranged for a few viewings and secured a tenant for me very quickly. Akeel and Mark are very friendly, professional and were very transparent about the fees and I didn't have any surprises at the end. Thank you very much guys.
