Do not waste your time trying to sell your house with them. They over valued my house by 25 k, in hind sight that was to get me to sign up with them. Fell flat at mortgage valuation. Would never have put my house on the market if I knew it's true worth would have waited for a recovery. Lied to constantly by the sales guy, problem was he could not remember his lies! Waste of time company, don't see any sold signs up in the area under Allen and Harris. Lied to that the contract was 16 weeks when ...

Dear 'disgruntled of Swindon''disgruntled of swindon' I am sorry to read that you had this experience with the Stratton Office. Can I assure you that the old team have now gone and the office has been under new management since January 2012 with no complaints over service/ advice since. many thanks Rob Morgan (branch manager)....
