I wouldn't normally write a review but I feel that strongly about the experience. I've never known anything like it! Staff were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Tenants treated as second class citizens - seriously do not waste your time and money on them! Go to a properly run agency where they know what they are doing and also value you as a tenant and customer!...

absoloute shocking level of service from this estate agent all nice when they are getting money of you but that soon changes. They are very rude and do not have private rented tenants interests at heart! i would never use this estate agent again and would advise most not to use it either! they are very unprofessional and Julie especially is very arrogant if you want anything done as a tenant dont expect them to help in anyway and dont expect to hear of them until your rent is going up! will be g...

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACRES FOUR OAKS HAVE 2 ENTRIES ON THIS WEBSITE - ONE FOR LETTINGS AND ONE FOR ESTATE AGENCY. THE ESTATE AGENCY ONE HAS MORE REVIEWS ON IT. Acres Lettings are the most appalling and unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my life.
