Really need a 0 star rating.Once they have your money it is over for you.As tenants you get no support whatsoever.Out of 4 property managers we had in the 2 year tenancy only 1 was good and did his best to assist us when needed.Naturally,after moving out they didn't get in touch with us for 2 ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
