What agent could do to change your mind?
-be a bit more considerate to people's situations - have a better attitude - be more organised - have communication training because non of your staff seem to know how to communicate. - be better property managers. (my property had a hole in the roof and damp everywhere on move in) you claim to not have known about the damages. - my flat was a shit hole when I arrived. CLEAN YOUR PROPERTIES.Attached Filesnbsp;
