Hi Laletendu. I am sorry to read your review but not sure this should be aimed at us. The tenancy agreement states that the tenants are responsible for the utility bills, the tenants are also advised of this in our pre-tenancy emails and calls. Unfortunately, as the agent, we do not have the powers to force the tenants to sign up to the utility companies nor can we enforce action against them to pay the bills. However, all utility companies are aware of this so, as I am sure you have been advise ...
