It is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any tenancy. The lifts have only just begun to function and are still a bit dodgy after breaking down completely last June. For half the year the building had no working lifts. There are 10 floors. Repairs within the flats...they did not complete any in less than 3 months with the exception of my lack of hot water. Very dissapointing service. I pay acorn Each month to park my car at my property I currently rent. Little did I know it's ''managed'' by a third party. My permit accidentally fell off the dashboard/windscreen. I received a penalty charge notice from the ''third party'', which I appealed, and lost my right to appeal.
