Accord have possibly the worst management and customer service I have ever seen.
Every time you need to call they are polite and reassure you they were just about to deal with your issue before you called. Of course this is always a complete lie and you must call again/send ten more emails before you can get through and hear the same lies again!
When we moved into our property first we listed all of the problems and sent them to accord eg. Leaking shower, broken doorbell etc.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have actually done some work and managed the property.
Record the issues that were brought to their attention and not ask for it to be repeated each time.
Call people back and not make people feel like they need to call every day just to get you to do something.
