Ludicrous fees - and some for things they didn't do and had to contest (credit check, references). I mean, they didn't even have my GENDER correct, but had charged ‚£75 for my reference check. They didn't even Google this prospective tenant

The agent\'s fees are far and above anything you will be asked to pay with any other company and these are not made clear. Had the service been even remotely ok i would have been understanding of the fees, as it stands i cannot even begin to hazard a guess as to where it goes and how the justify it

It would have been enough that the agency resumed the cleaning service, but there is an open attitude to dismiss the customer and ignore my requests. It is a lack of respect and a waste of my time.
