We are sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. All inventories and subsequent lease end rechecks are carried out by wholly independent inventory companies who are AICC or APIP accredited. Aberdein Considine have no input into the creation of these reports and act solely on the information received from them. Furthermore in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) regulations all tenants are entitled to challenge any deposit proposal made by the landlord or their agent to the TDS provi ...
