Our team can be reached on 0333 00 44 333. We answer 99% of calls coming in to the department and 60% of those in under 20 seconds, so there should be no issues in getting hold of someone in the department. ...

You are lucky you have completed. We have had all same issues extremely professional majority of communications are from us very little coming other way, wrong documents sent to us, misinformed us what we had to provide, informed us of further requirements on 3 separate occasions when chased up. I believe most high school students could run a more efficient operation. ...

Aberdein Considine looked after my property for over 5 years and I found their service to be excellent. Found good tenant's quickly and dealt with repairs promptly throughout the tenancies. Happy to recommend and have done so to several friends of mine who are landlords....

I am inclined to agree with the negative comments. Mine relate to the Aberdein Considine factoring service (which occasionally brings the maintenance dept into play). AC have been my factor for many years in Aberdeen and there hasn't been a year go by when their service has been negligent in some respect and their bills inaccurate. Every year I am required to tell them what is wrong with their bills (their accounting staff appear to lack basic arithmetical ability). There is a service level agre ...

- Listened to the very basic requested of the buyer and seller. - Gave much much clearer details of how any bank transfers would work and the documentation needed. - Organising themselves much much better.
