Your comments are misplaced. You rented a basement flat & unfortunately some maintenance issues arose which related to the external fabric of the building which were the responsibility of the Building Management Co not ours. As you know they are independent to us they were non-responsive. We worked alongside your landlord to expedite the repairs but ultimately we were reliant on the Building Management Co and your grievances should be conveyed to them, not us.
