What agent could do to change your mind?

We dealt with several agents that worked here, the main ones and last two being Mo and Asif. Over the years we were told different company policies that seemed to change often. Notably, when we first signed with them, they informed us that if the tenant didn't pay the rent, Aaron would pay us and recover the costs from the tenants themselves. When we wished to evict the tenants of one of our properties we were told that they couldn't because they owed Aaron money and if they left then they may not be able to recover the money owed to them. A couple of years later when rent was in arrears for consecutive months, or not the full amount, we were informed that Aaron do not pay the landlord if the tenant falls into arrears which is why they were not paying us. Even though the tenant was breaking the terms of the contract, no action was taken on Aarons part as property managers.
