247 Property Services are far more than your typical High Street estate agency. From inception our sales teams have aggressively marketed our sales portfolio ensuring vendors get the best possible price for their property in a challenging market.

Using all the latest software and management systems we ensure your property is put in front of as many sets of eyes as possible, it cannot sell if no one see it. This is why we market all our properties on RightMove, Zoopla and many more property portals to list. Our own website has hundreds of thousands of unique visitors every year.

We offer a National Online Estate Agency service for £599 inc VAT or a traditional pay on completion service in the South Yorkshire area, the rate for this is 1.2 % inc VAT.

Lettings
Our lettings department is one of the largest and busiest in the region. Currently managing over 1400 properties we achieve what other agencies only dream of, up to 40 lettings arranged per week!

Through dedication and hard work we have built the business over the last ten years, judging our success on that of our landlords, they truly are our lifeblood and we work tirelessly to ensure our tenants and landlords are truly happy. Fees

247 Fair Fees Policy

247 hold a property deposit and if you the tenant choose not to move in at the agreed date then the deposit will be withheld due to costs incurred with you the tenant not moving in.

247 Will withhold fees if its seen that you the tenant have not provided data as requested when asked that may result in a delay in application.

247 Will withhold fees to cover any admin cost and charges as seen fair by each branch individually.

247 will withhold any reasonable costs due to tenant error in the setting up of the letting.

247 will not withhold any monies from the tenant without first discussion.

247 offer an appeal process for any persons who feels they have had money kept by a local branch unfairly. This appeal process is final and set by the Head Office and the local branch will have to oblige any and all finding of any appeal. All appeals must be completed in writing and sent directly to info@247propertyservices.co.uk with a copy of any receipts and documents relating to the setting up of the letting. The review will be independent of branch and findings final.

£50 No refundable regardless.

£350 Admin fees subject to discount from branches.

Set fee of £50 per Guarantor

A set fee of £150 per room per person this is including Credit checks and admin charges. Inclusive of VAT where applicable.

A family consist of 2 adults and any amount of children under 18.
Friends sharing would pay a individual fee of £150 per person over 18 living within the property

Complaints Procedure

Your right to complain!
Every year 247 Helps thousands of people to rent homes. However, every so often someone comes away from 247 feeling unhappy. Perhaps your viewing was late, the property was cancelled. Perhaps you felt that you were not treated with respect or courtesy. Perhaps our service was not of a high standard.
Unfortunately, these things happen. We know we are not perfect. But we aim to be. That is why we have a complaints procedure. Sometimes we can put things right; sometimes we can only explain ourselves and apologise. But we do want to learn from our mistakes. What you tell us helps to improve our service to you.
We will treat your complaint confidentially, seriously and quickly.
What can I do?
It is important to let 247 know that you are unhappy and to give them the chance to put things right. Dont be afraid to speak to the manager or branch manager she or he might be able to sort out the problem straight away. Otherwise, move to the more formal process.
If you are not a client, ask a 247 manager to explain the Third Party complaints procedure to you.
Making a formal complaint
There are several ways to make a complaint. You can put the information in a letter and send it to the branch that you are complaining about or drop it into the branch. Complaints can be addressed to the 247 manager. You cannot tell 247 on the phone or face-to-face that you want them to investigate your complaint as all complaints must be done in writing only.
If you prefer, you can ask the local branch to refer your complaint to the Doncaster head office. You can complain via Head Office by calling our complaints line 0800 68 00 247 and asking for the complaints manager. Or you can email your complaint to info@247propertyservices.co.uk. We at 247 will assess who is the best person to handle your complaint and ask them to deal with it.
Your complaint will be investigated by the local branch manager under the direction of the head office in Doncaster, or by the Directors if you are complaining about the manager. If it is upheld, you will get a full apology and, where appropriate, be given details of any action that 247 is taking to put things right. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a further review.
