What agent could do to change your mind?
TERRIBLE landlord and estate agency. No jobs were completed in the property that were faulty in the entire years of tenancy. Deposit was not held in a depository scheme and the charges we received for 'damages' at the end of the tenancy were unrealistic figures -thousands- and damages that were the landlords responsibility to maintain and general ware and tare. A lot of damages were also there before we moved in. They would never respond to emails and get the keys to the house out for viewings to anyone and people would just walk in without knocking. Also keys were given to people that weren't agents!!! The most unprofessional company and landlord I have EVER met.
