very bad service, would never use them again. totally disorganised head office, total lack of communication. the staff are a total joke. they where good once when all was done in local branches but since they have moved everything to beaconsfield there is absolute chaos ...

Comment on agent fees
average i guess but the 5% rent collection fee was money for nothing really as when rent was not paid i had to do all chasing up and they where not interested.
