What agent could do to change your mind?
kept the promises made first and second time..anyone can make mistakes and rectify them,but when given a second chance and there is no change at all and all the past mistakes happen again..then you realise it is their policy and that collecting houses on their books is the aim not customer service.

Tenant Charges Permitted Payments

In addition to paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following payments permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

Before the tenancy starts (payable to A&K PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LTD t/a Pearson Ferrier Bolton 'the Agent')

Holding Deposit: One weeks rent

Deposit: One calendar months rent. Where the landlord has agreed that a pet can stay at the property, the deposit will equate to five weeks rent.

During the tenancy if permitted and applicable:
