Never got informed that my viewing got cancelled.
Found out online that property I'm interested in is no longer available. Waited till late afternoon next day for a phone call from them which never happen and deiced to contact them myself.

Comment on agent fees
When wanted to view a property had to open an profile, I'm not entirely OK with idea of them storage my details like: address, email, phone, etc just because I want to view a rental property. However I initially called requesting one which I found out dates weren't suitable so they called again to check in if they can help.
