Would advise anyone to avoid L&Q like the plague. I have had one issue after another with boilers, broken/burst water pipes. Have now launched an official complaint. The house I live in has damp and mould due to consistent plumbing problems....

Corrupt housing and corrupt staff I shall be taking legal action and I would advise others to do so.
Staff are most unpleasant and behave extremely badly and they do not resolve important issues....

Absolutely inhumane it is absolutely disgusting how the landlord can even have a right or think they have authority to treat there tenants this way I have seen storylines of tenants left deserted even deceased left in there homes for years without being discovered there is a law act against narcissistic abuse and it is evident that a vast majority of landlords have abused this law I see other tenants left with out wash areas for years living with mould or damp ceilings falling down etc the landl ...
