Dear Sue, have only just been sent this email, saying that you are unhappy???.......really sad to hear this as we have an excellent reputation going back the last 40 years. I hope you do not take any offence when I say this, but please feel free to email us direct if you really are unhappy [email protected] so we can deal with any issues, as we are concerned that the 2 comments we have had are from a very unprofessional 'estate agent' on loose terms pretending to be a client!!
