Nowhere did I suggest that Encore “build any developments, [have] anything to do with their construction or own them”, so I don't know where you've got that idea. If "resident safety is your prime concern", why are you still holding leaseholders to ransom by making them pay thousands of pounds each to make their apartments safe? Am I the only one to notice that there are two comments dated March 26 2019? One is from "Mr Smith" saying how he was forced to pay £800 before Encore would provide the paperwork needed for him to sell his property and a second comment, same date, from "J Barry" saying that Encore had provided exemplary service. Encore are shady! They charged me an extra £500 for allowing me to complete on my house sale! Threatened legal issues if I didn't spend it then said they'd sent a solicitors letter (which they didn't) which caused more costs! They knew I couldn't sell my house unless they released the correct paperwork so held me to ransom!!! £800 in extra costs in the end and they didn't even respond to my complaint letter!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTIGATING FOR FRAUD!!!!! ...
