Unprofessional, disrespectful, disregarding to tenants. Would not recommend to a gold fish. Waste of time and the staff are beyond anything I have ever whitenesses before, complete lack of communication and do not care about their tenants only bothered about themselves and money....

Hi Jayne, My apologies for this being the first response you have had. We are sorry you had a bad experience with us at DDM. With regards to the offer, by law we have to put all offers forward we receive this could have been by someone who previously viewed the property. The communication isn't acceptable and i will make sure this improves. ...

Dear Miss Oldman, You have admitted the house fire & smoke damage was caused by your own negligence and started in the bedroom on a Friday evening. You told us this house fire was caused by smoking. What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide an efficient service with communication from the agent that comes in a timely manner without landlord initiation. Provide excellent customer service that justifies the management fee. Offer compensation for mistakes or redemtion of some of the fee for incompetencies.
