Absolutely horrendous.
If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors.
They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril....
