There is a administrative fee that is charged when renewing tenancy. This would be reasonable if the admin from this agent was any good. I was not sent any documentation regarding my tenancy as they didn't bother to send it out until a month later after I had to enquire where it was.

I am sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. In answer to your points raised regarding reporting repairs, we do have a dedicated repairs team, and online reporting repairs system, so we can get the correct person out to fix any maintenance issues asap for our tenants.
