Absolute disgrace of an agency. Moved in in June with a broken shower, the issue still hasn't been resolved after countless phone calls. No one seems bothered in that office and phone calls are rarely answered. Paying through the roof for rent and I don't even have a working shower, it's a joke! Staff are rude and unhelpful!...

If i could rate 0* i would! From the start service has been absolutely horrendous. Nearly being left on the street the day before moving due to staff neglegence. One moving in repairs to be done were reported yet over 2 months later im still waiting, having actually injured myself due to repair work not being done they still continue to ignore all phone calls, emails and even letters. I will be taking this further....

Simply terrible experience at every point of contact once the tenancy had started. They don't appear to want to do anything for their money. They never reply to emails, they never return phone calls, they completely failed to provide the legal advice requested by both tennant and landlord over compensation of building work done during occupancy. As with most letting agents these days, it is all about profit & they simply do not employ enough staff, or the right staff, & I speak from experience, having worked for a letting agent myself. Venmore does not have much of a clue about the checking out process or the legalities surrounding it. Most definitely the worst customer service I have received anywhere. Every stage of my initial tenancy application all the way to departure was delayed, left the burden on myself to progress etc. I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THEM. Worst service i have ever experienced in my life. Don't even bother renting from them. Absolute disgrace. If i could rate lower than 1 star I would. My granddaughter rented from venmores. Would not recommend them. Beware when you leave property you will fight to get your deposit back from them and any credit on your rent account. they are very slow at attending to repairs. Their customer service is awful especially if you have a dispute with them and they will not communicate with you or reply to letters. I am a landlord who rents my properties through Venmore, I have used their service for the last 8 years. the service provided by the lettings and property management team is second to none. The property is rented out promptly and efficiently, any maintenance issues are dealt with on my behalf and the rent is always paid to me on time and in full. I am regularly kept up to date with communications throughout my tenancies and void periods....

Disgusting. I had an appointment booked with which appeared to be a reputable estate agent. Unfortunately on the day I had a funeral to attend of a close family member. The single worst company I have ever dealt with from buying something in a local store to an international enterprise. Absolutely disgusting customer service and property management. Waited one year to get a single maintenance job complete, impossible to get any sort of help from the agency, who continually broke their side of the tenancy agreement. Despicable company. Did next to nothing for us, for the year we lived in a property rented by them. Although we paid rent by standing order, we were once accused of not paying a months rent, despite providing evidence (bank receipts) to the contrary; were harassed until we had to get our bank involved, when the accusations suddenly stopped and they were nice as pie. I'm with Venmore over 3 years all repairs like my oven take over 4 months wash machine 2 months and last cocker one month. They will be nice and sweet until you let from them any flat after that they will not care about you and your problems don\'t pick up phones putting you on side until you start swearing.
