We have recently chosen Vanet to manage our property after searching around the local agents - Vanet had the best reviews and were able to provide a more competitive rate than the alternatives. Overall, the properties they had available, and the process for applying for a place to rent, was all above board. They worked quickly and efficiently, and despite the large application costs (pretty normal for this area) the entire process was a breeze. The end of our tenancy however, was terrible. We were informed the landlord wanted to move back in, so we got the correct 2 months notice that our tenancy wouldn't be renewed. What agent could do to change your mind?
You have real communication issues. Email isn't difficult and I shouldn't have to follow up with multiple phone calls. I'd like to think it's just one bad egg in an otherwise great agency, so do yourself a favour and get rid of David.

Horrible experience. The initial letting agent .was unreliable (made promises about me being able to break my contract). Follow up communication was problematic (great difficulty in reaching the responsible agent- on one occasion I had to phone the office 5 times, and send several emails, to be able to speak to an agent. Finally huge delays in fixing maintenance issues (1 was never fixed). I had to ask about the complaints process of the company 3 times before I got a reply....

Honestly speaking it was the worst experience I have ever had with the agent. Agata has no customer serving skills, timekeeping, organisation skills and all of the rest I guess. Agata has a sister called Agneska. They both work at Vanet and send emails to tenants signing "A. Kowalska". Occasionally they swap roles, apparently without telling their managers. Add that to Vanet's usual rudeness, sloppiness and miscommunication and you can see why landlords migrate to other Property Management Agencies.....

1. Viewings: always able to get viewings done at short notice. Some of the larger agents, it takes weeks to get a slot in their diaries. 1. Advertised and introduced the property with wrong info on legal right and management cost; 2. Don't have good knowledge of the property, but pretended to be, so provide incorrect info to the buyer, resulting in suffering to the buyer; 3. Chasing buyer for completion aggressively and unnecessarily with the reason which doesn't seem to be true. 4. I don't feel to have been looked after by this agent....

What agent could do to change your mind?
No feedback yet and I am even not sure if they realised their mistakes and the impact on me as a buyer. The deal is competed, the sufferng is done. I don\'t think they can change anything now. I donΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ’β€žΒ’t regret with the deal as my solicitor corrected their errors. I only hope they can change the way they do business and treat their customers, so I am the last customer suffering from their unprofessional behavior.
